Head of Account Services
The Head of Account Services is a critical role within the team as this individual will sit at the intersection of client service, business expansion, and project management – uniquely positioned to both deliver growth and build strategic operational plans. This individual will have the opportunity to build a team focused on account service, marketing, and advertising strategy development, and new business development.
As the Head of Account Services, you will be primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for the agency’s customers, the Head of Account Services also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. Often, they will be expected to plan campaigns and successfully develop business accounts strategically and financially, while playing a positive role in an agency’s new business program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Building and leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service.
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients.
- Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts.
- Lead and manage regular internal reviews with key team members.
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget.
- Use your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically.
REQUIREMENTS
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience as an account/project manager in a fast-paced, advertising agency environment.
- The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level.
- Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key stakeholders and successfully managing relationships.
- A persuasive and confident approach to strategy and media projects.
- Highly articulate with outstanding presentation skills appropriate to C-level executive presentations.
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective team management capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms.
Digital Media Planner
We’re looking for team members who are naturally curious, have strong data analysis skills, and a passion for understanding the ever-changing technology landscape.
The Digital Media Planner will work closely with a supervisor to develop, execute, and manage strategic media plans on behalf of our clients and partner agencies. Media planners work across all major online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, DV360, Adelphic, LinkedIn, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, etc.). They work with the media sales community, along with creative agencies to develop unique and strategically appropriate media approaches. This includes exploring new social, data, and creative technologies that utilize emerging technologies pertinent to our clients’ objectives. This role requires you to be part account manager and part media planner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending client meetings and participating/leading client status meetings.
- Conducting media planning research – audience analysis, competitive analysis, performance analysis.
- Meeting with media sales reps, seeking out innovative new advertising opportunities.
- Daily monitoring and analyzing the data of campaigns in order to make informed optimization decisions.
- Serving as a SME (subject matter expert) for one of our core tools by keeping up to date on emerging tools and trends.
- Training your peers, updating them on platform changes, and sharing tips and tricks to maximize campaign performance.
- Developing online media plans and writing POVs.
- Trafficking ad tags and creative using DCM.
- Managing media contracts, budgets, and resolving media invoice discrepancies.
- Training/managing assistant media planners and media interns.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of digital media experience.
- Familiarity or experience working with these research and planning tools: DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Adelphic, DV360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Simmons.
- Strong analytical background demonstrating an ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations.
- Self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Digital Media Intern
We’re looking for digital media interns who are naturally curious, eager to learn, have a knack for analyzing, and have a passion for building great relationships.
As a Digital Media Intern, you will work closely with the media team to assist in the development and execution of strategic media plans on behalf of our clients and partner agencies. This position will include training on all major online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Google Tag Manager, etc.), and working with the media sales community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will learn and assist the media team on:
- Daily monitoring of campaigns.
- Resolving media invoice and ad service fee discrepancies.
- Implementing tracking pixels and URLs.
- Trafficking creative assets and managing campaigns/bids in online platforms.
- Analyzing data to find new insights.
- Reporting on overall campaign effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Newly graduated, or those entering their 4th year of a digital marketing program
- Strong computer skills with knowledge or willingness to learn: Microsoft Excel, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, Manager/Power Editor, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Simmons, Pathmatics, Pinterest, Snap Ads.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
