KOSE Means Connection
Everything we do is deliberate. Take our agency name for instance. It’s from the Norwegian word Koeslig. It’s a nuanced word that translated means the feeling of connectedness, a sense of appreciation, or the extra thoughtfulness in a relationship. True connection guides who we are and how we work every day. Our Founder
Nicole Newville
Nicole fell in love with the Internet when her parents first subscribed to AOL. She read the news, tried out a few online chat rooms, and spent far too much time emailing her boyfriend.
Before YouTube, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, and Smartphones – Nicole was working on print campaigns at traditional full-service agencies, but found her true calling in the digital world. Over the years Nicole has seen her fair share of platforms boom and bust, which has taught her how to adapt and where to focus. As a planner, buyer, director, department head, and business owner, she’s continued to challenge herself, her team, and her clients. Nicole has been recognized as a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal 2022 Women in Business Honoree, and a 2024 Women We Admire – Minnesota finalist.
